Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. The majority of the time, we will ship your order the next business day but during a sale period, it may take an extra business day.

Please note ARADII is not responsible for the USPS delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the above time frame. It is just an estimate. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to an influx of mail/packages USPS has received, if you live in a metropolitan or rural area or if there have been any public holidays.

If you have provided us with an incorrect address or postcode, please email us ASAP so we can fix the issue before your item is sent out. If you have noticed an error after the package has been dispatched, please message us and we can see what we can do. 

If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with USPS it is considered their property until delivery has been made. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome. However, all packages sent out are fully traceable so it is unlikely this will occur.


We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in offering high-quality products and services to our customers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days after receiving your order.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags, boxes and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to  10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days, depending on your bank, to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

We want to make returns and exchanges easy and do NOT require prior authorization or special codes to initiate the process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please send the merchandise back to us by USPS First-Class mail (US orders). We recommend that you add insurance or a tracking service (e.g., delivery confirmation) to ensure tracking or prevent financial loss if the package is lost in transit within the mail system(s). We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
